Withdrawal
All products listed on our site are listed subject to availability, at any time, we reserve the right to withdraw a sale from the web site.

Guarantee
If you have purchased your product on our Web site, upon delivery, you will receive a receipt, this is your guaruntee, please do not loose this as products return must be supplied with a receipt which we provided you with.

Reservations
We will only hold your products in reservation for a maximum of 10 working days, this only affects you if you have not opted for delivery. If you do not collect your item within this period of time, we will put the item up for resale and refund you with your money lesser an administration fee.

Returns / Refunds
It is our company policy to not issue refunds on purchased products, but in line with the Consumer Credit Act 2004, all online purchases can be returned and refunded if the item has not been opened.
